Medicare Rebates

You are able to claim $95 per session back from Medicare if you have a referral from your GP. You are able to claim up to 20 sessions per calendar year.

Payments

Payments are accepted by credit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call and provide more than 24 hours’ notice or a cancellation fee will apply.

50% of the appointment fee is charged if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Where cancellation fees are unpaid, no further appointments will be offered until the outstanding amount is settled.
